Will this road take me to where I want to go?
I know I am a stranger on this part of planet earth,
still I want to take this final go.
As I travel along this road unknown,
I seek and wish for a face that is known.
As the sunrays decide to give my face a tan,
I am still waiting for a flash in the pan.
At every stop I see people climb aboard,
my eyes keep searching and over a period of time they seem to get bored.
The complimentary circle of day and night never seems to stop,
mother earth don’t you ever feel tired and want to stop.
Will this road take me to my loved one?
Will this road be my road for enlightment?
Will this road be the road on which I die?
I am traveling on this road called life,
Isn’t it your road too?
