My shoulder is still warm
and I still feel you there.
I lost count of the seconds that have passed
since I have seen you,
but how can I still feel you breath?
The the warmth that was between us has now turned to miles
but I can still feel your heart beat.
The symphony that plays in my head when you are here
has not stopped playing, the notes still sing with strength.
But I reach for you and you're gone, and I still don't know how
but I feel that you are-
I know that you are-
Though it may just be your love,
some how I know that
you're still here.

I really like this poem. It makes me think of when my boyfriend and I were in our long distant relationship. i love the line "The warmth that was between us has now turned to miles
but I can still feel your heart beat."
Great poem!
