Her Immortal.

Contributed by bleedthelove on Wednesday, 25th April 2007 @ 10:27:40 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Everybody has an opinion
But nobody has my disease
Like a lil puppet begging please
Broken wrists and bloody knees
Scratching the surface
Deep wounds reveal my purpose
With the scent of your body in every breath I exhale
Inside my hand I wear your crucifixion nail
Burned at your stake
All in the name of love
This pain and suffering I take
With a smile across my face
Burried in the darkest place
I'm your angel from the grave
I'm your slave
Shackle me in chains
Carve your name in my remains
Strip me naked
All you'll see is a love thats sacred
Wrap your hands around my throat
I'll use my last breath to whisper you all the poems I wrote
Fill me up with broken dreams
Cross out my eyes and stitch me at the seams
I'll still see you
I'll still bleed the love for you until this life is through
Baptised in pools of crimson red
Burning images of you in my head
This love will never be dead
I am forever...
Your immortal.

Oh my good gracious! What a fabulous declaration and devoted piece of
immortality this is!! I love the descriptions, (though am a little disturbed that I do .. lol).

I guess it's just that it seems so REAL, to the depth of which true love should be felt.
I am both awed and humbled by this work. And your SN is so entirely appropriate ... almost a
testament to the work itself. Cut yourself open, rip your insides out, just to bleed the love, yes?

wonderful, wonderful work. Very admirable ~

Wonderfully done. Appropriate title for such a dynamic and well versed piece.
