Still I Wait

Walking by smoothly
Without a care in the world
Smiling without a single regret
His mind was already set
Dancing in sync
And twirling with grace
The dancer sees her goal
In piece with her soul
I don’t want to stand alone
I’m looking for my home
Stumbling from cave to cave
Another life to save
Trembling through a storm
I look for a life to call mine
The winds are misguiding
I don’t know where I’m going
They have a place to go
They have things to do
But I stand in the rain looking
Looking for meaning
I’ll never walk so smoothly
Or twirl with such grace
But I stumbled through a storm
How many can do so?
Maybe if I wait
I will find a place I can call home
Until than I will stay in this cave
Waiting to be saved
