My Stay

Contributed by Feelin_Like_A_SadFellow on Wednesday, 26th February 2003 @ 04:00:00 PM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

My Stay

I take a road
My past is not familiar with
Nothing can relate
All is foreign
But I push on
For my curiosity hungers
To see what lies ahead

Chorus
Wanting to be different
Seems so tantalizing
Appearances fool with you
Leading up to something
That isn’t what it was
Built up to be
Should I turn back

Perplexed by new sights
And feelings I go on
To see what is beyond
My stay
Eager and anxious
For the much awaited feeling

Chorus

Feeling so great
Feeling so blissful
This foreign feeling
That I did not know
Has become familiar with
My stay
Not enjoying it
I look behind
To see what I left

Chorus

What shall I do
There lies more
Feelings of this
I can go on
Or shall I turn back
Adventure for desire
Or return to comfort
What shall I do
Where shall my stay belong
