I Dreamt Of A Place

Contributed by honey56 on Saturday, 21st April 2007 @ 02:42:07 AM in AEST
Topic: DreamsandWishes

I dreamt of a place much

Like heaven..

Somewhere between a

Dream and a vision..

Colors are deep,

Bursting with life..

I heard the children

Laughter

I heard the angel sing...

I dreamt of a place much

Like heaven,

Somewhere between a

Dream and a vision

Way beyond the clouds

And the bluest sky..

The roads are made of gold

The gate is a rainbow made

From the crystal raindrops

That sparkling of colors that

Shine from the sun

My soul was as a child in

These places of dreams are

Maybe just a vision,

In my mind, it was heaven

Paradise…

I have earned my wings with

Tips of gold...

I drench my thirst from the

Fountain of love…

I dreamt of a place much like

Heaven…

That sparkles with crystal

Raindrops…

My spirit, my soul my piece

Of heaven...

I dreamt of this place much

Heaven...

Are maybe a vision....

to dream a dream of a place like this
where the lords sweet mouth has sent a kiss
to walk in the meadows and feel the dew
would be to this man a dream come true..

wonderful poem from a wonderful poet, Eddy
