A heart beat
I hear it
But only I do
The doctors wouldn't know
My husband takes my word
But he won't believe
Not until the doctor confirms
And the world I will wish to tell
But I will slowly let it leak
I'll enjoy that
And hope for a girl
While I wait for my son
To become mobile
I will wait for the baby inside
Waiting to feel those first kicks
Waiting to show
Waiting to see my son's reaction
When he first feels a kick
And sees me grow
Uncharted territory
this should be fun..
I hope
