OMFG Shannon, that was so friggen awesome. Again, I feel like it was wrote for my eyes to see. (thanks for sharing it) Lately I've felt such a bond to many of my poetic brothers and sisters works.

Shannon, this is exceptional, hun. I had no idea when
you showed it to me that you were going to post it with
the pic .. well done!! It makes the piece that much more
haunting. I hope you don't wait another year to share
more with us. Your words speak to a multitude of souls.
How can a soul live life trapped inside indifference
when there is so much more to passionately grab hold of?

I love whenyou appear on here. I haven't really seen poetry as honest as yours, and it's so powerful to read it, because I know exactly how you deal with things, and how hard you take them.

This rocked start to finish and the pic with your words came together to make a masterpiece.
I loved the steps in this the colors as well it just " fits" you are talented. I am happy I had a moment to spend on here tonight and do some reading of the greats.
