My little man

Topic: dedicatedpoems

You are my little man.
Who tries his hardest to do the best he can.

Struggles through the hardest of time.
While hurt and pain ravish your mind.

You look for a male figure to be your dad.
To replace the one who left and left you hurt and mad.

I try to be your mom and dad.
To give you things to vanish away what makes you so sad.

But it is hard my little man.
I do the very best that I truely can.

I try to ease the pain that fills you heart so.
The pain that has been there since you watched your father go.

But now I have found someone to be your new dad.
To fill your heart and life with so much to get rid of what makes you sad.

I have watched you grow up and become so strong.
And growing up faster since your dad has been gone.

My little man stay as young as you can.
Dont try and grow up to fast and be the new man.

That burden is to strong for you to have to bare.
I tell you this only because I love you and care.

I am there for you any time anyway.
I am there for you at night and during the day.

I love you so much and care for you.
That is why I try my very best to do what I do.

Time will heal all the hurt inside.
The pain will eventually ease and subside.

But til that time comes my little man.
I will do for you everything that I can.

I commend you Loriann, not only for this write but for
the very diligent and challenging role of dual-parenting.
I know, for a fact how daunting a task it can sometimes
be .. but through this write, the love and dedication
you devote to your child is admirable and beautiful.

Thank you for sharing ~

It is the most bravest thing to say when we ourselves are in the pit of grief and sadness, on the other hand console and comfort the little one at home.

I could relate myself to the mood of the poem.

Thank you for sharing my friend.

FRANCO
