Theres a place. I go to be alone,
a special place I call my own,
it helps me see, life has meaning,
where I can rest, lazily dreaming,
through the soil, poke the first spring bulbs,
the sun kissed lake a hue of gold,
pink apple blossom on the trees,
float to the floor in a gentle breeze,
the beauty there has no bounds,
just natures smells,natures sounds,
graceful swans glide, on a tranquil lake
twittering of birds as nests they make,
waterlilies, open to the sun,
spring is here, at last its begun,
as I feel the sun upon my face.
I thank the Lord, for this special place,

The poem is from top to toe a sublime description of nature, and Lord's blessings; O! God, bestow Man wisdom and sense to make secure spheres of the earth. Nice piece.

Beautifully calming, your descriptions are mesmerising, I particularly liked these lines:
"the sun kissed lake a hue of gold,
pink apple blossom on the trees,
float to the floor in a gentle breeze"
I have a similar place where I can go, this write reminded me of it and made me thankful that such places exist.
