Theres a poem for all occasions,
Love, life,celebrations,
A special poem for a friend,
or how you love will never end,
poetry is our expression,
feelings of love and depression,
if poetry were not invented,
us poets would be demented,
In poetry we laugh we cry,
sing, shout, even die,
a way to get a message through,
a condolence for those we knew,
sometimes a poem portrays our fears,
makes us want to shed some tears,
so poetry is heaven sent,
for our emotions we can vent,
Shakespeare, we are not,
our own talents we have got,
it feels good, just knowing,
for every thing there is a poem..

A great write friend. You sho got it right.
Thank God and meds, my brain has slowed down some for now. Use to I had to keep a pen-n-paper with me all time to empty brain.
lord knew I needed a break.
