Of this shaking, endless pen
It flows rivers to roll on
All hooked into heaven, friend.

I'm just link, it's true.
In lifes chain of events, see?
Sweet luv connected, no blue.
Aaaaaaaah Great spirit, I'm just a link.
Can feel it rumble our heavens
Look out it's magnetic power.
He annoints a humble heart.
Never neglects in midnight hour.
Oh great spirit of our universe
Killed a giant with a rock.
David just another heavenly link,
Just a little guy, humble, Jesus stock.
You gotta stand defying evil.
Hook up to heavens power line.
Never doubt his royal blood.
He's a refuge, bestest kind.

My friend you spoke my heart out; It is very true, we are just a link like...
"Oh great spirit of our universe
Killed a giant with a rock.
David just another heavenly link,"
and for a poet it is her/his pen that is the rock that can kill a giant (evil, corruptions, and immorality)

You are reaching a new level with your poetry Emy!! I love the sentiments here... Especially in the third stanza, and that last stanza has a wonderful, lingering effect. Great wording!

You gotta stand defying evil. this is an awesome line as is the poem it self. i like also if i may add, the bold look of your font i wish i could change mine but i don't know how to work those little squigly letters at the bottom i press on them but nothing happens they just dance around on the page and go away i can't see what they'll look line if i use them before i post so i don't use them. any way, lol some comment hey do i realy have to tell you what an ace poet u r? beautiful and insperational work u always present upon these pages. and u also have a vote of 5 stars coming, and i don't even do that 4the president. lol. love ly work emy.

Defying evil......With one hand trying to caress another.bringing one forth, to whatever it needs. I love it. Always loved that piece of art. I have the exact painting, on my wall. The two that touch , yet not. BRAVO!!!!!!!!
