I wish I was a robot

I wish I was a robot because robots have no emotions.
I'm really hurting as I'm scattering my family's ashed in the ocean.
I couldn't go on vacation with my family because I had a virus so they went on ahead.
I was supposed to join them when I got better but now they're all dead.
I couldn't stop crying when I learned that they had been slain.
I wish I was a robot because robots feel no pain.
My family was in a diner when a lunatic entered with a gun.
When he got through shooting, he had killed everyone.
I've suffered enormously and this ordeal has nearly destroyed me.
I wish I was a robot because robots can't live in misery.

although i do find this to be a good expression of one's self, i feal obligated to advocate on behalf of the robots. despite it being mainly for argument purposes, i shall state, robots are capable of fealings! as well as emothions, pain, and misery! it just depends upon the amount of work the creators' wish to put into it. expecially once humanity has obtained a cybernetic aproch to life in it's self: for if they can then why cant we?

Please report poetry and or comments that are in breach of our site rules HERE (Please include poem title or url). Parents also please ensure that you supervise your children well when they are on the internet; regardless of what a site says about being, or being considered, child-safe.
