A single moment of hesitation
As stillness consumes the land.
From sea to sea nothing stands,
Nothing moves, nothing lives.
There's nothing except a piercing cry.
And then it happens;
The world stumbles and falls,
The sun collapses from the purple sky,
The earth tears apart at its patchwork seems.
Everything shatters into pieces.
The birds, the clouds,
The hope, the lies.
It's all gone.
Welcome back to reality.

Dig it and so true the inevitability of the Earth's demise which truly can come before it's time but either way it is bound and written in the stars. "Acceptance" of this fact should kick a lot of things in gear a true Noah's Ark must perforce be planned otherwise all will be lost fallen into stardust.
Well Done
Peace
