I am tired of the stories
The lies you spread
Only to be deceitful
To be so hurtful
To cause so much pain
Only to get your way
I am tired of all the worry
The sleepless nights
All the nights I lye awake
Just wondering where you
Of how you may be
Are you safe and secure
I am so tired
Of all this confusion
That I can be only disillusioned
By all this that has happen
Which has cause much pain
The hurt I feel is so real
I am so tired
Of trying to reason
Because you do not listen
So let me say
I am so tired
All I want is
For you to come home

I can only imagine from previous posts I've read of yours that this is to your daughter. When read with that assumption, I share your pain of frustration. Well penned piece that captures and portrays the emotion of the moment.

| Love does cause us so much worry. Having raised four boys one year apart has worried me silly most times. I finally had to let go and let the universe look after them.Well written and I feel the love and worry here. |
