What's Wrong?

Contributed by SugarCoatedSweetness on Tuesday, 25th February 2003 @ 09:00:00 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

You Say Nothing's Wrong
Then Why Are You So Sad?
Why Are You Always Angry?
You Must Be Lying
But For What I Don't See
Why Can't You Just Tell Me?
What's On Your Mind?
How Are You Feeling?
Who Did What And What Happened?
If You Talk About It You Might Feel Better
Is It A Deeper Issue?
Why Do You Feel You Can't Disguse Things With Me?
I Know You Have Secrets
Things You Don't Want Others To Know
But This Must Not Be One Of Them
You Must Want Help
Or Someone To Ask
Because If You Didn't
You Wouldn't Have Made It So Obvious
If It's Something Important
Tell Me Now
It There's Something I Can Do To Help
Tell Me How
If It's Something I Did Wrong
Tell Me What
If You're Seeking Help
You Won't Get It Til You Share
But Untill Then
I'll Be Here Waiting
And Remember I'm Here If And When You Need Me

That's really sweet... reminds me of how I always pretend nothing's wrong and my boyfriend gets really frustrated coz he can always tell and he knows I'm lying! Thanks for the insight into his point of view!

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
