Like beautiful broken mirrors we can only see half of what is there. Beautiful disasters. Beautiful scars. Beautiful wars built on the lies of others.
Such pretty things. We are nothing…and you would know. A ruin in waiting. A darker animal within. Worship soil and build from it.
Dirty pretty things. They are yours to keep...at your command forever. Reflecting off your broken mirror. Make then scream just so you know they haven’t disappeared into beautiful silence.
Bleed the walls dry. Vertically aligned with your life. Beautiful guns pointed at her head. Make no moves because she’s just so silent.
Beautiful frozen wastelands. Beautiful darkness. Beautiful lives. You’re the pretty toy she plays with.
Take the chains and tie the wings down. Watch the pretty bird die without flight. Watch the blood drain out. Pretty faces painted white.
Just like beautiful broken mirrors.
Separate life and death. Cut it down the middle. Beautiful nothings. Pretty toys you can never play with.
Let the bullets fly. Let death cry. Beautiful love dies on the battlefield stained with bleeding roses. A beautiful sadness.
Take away the nothing. Replace it with a something. Play with your pretty toys. Make them scream so you know you’re alive.
It’s all like the beautiful broken mirrors. You can only see half the truth.
