Isn't it funny that we are somehow connected,
But we can feel so alone?
Isn't it funny how we can live in a house,
And sometimes feel that we are not yet home?
Isn't it tragic if we can face the dark but, welcome it with open arms?
Isn't it tragic if we close our eyes, and only see the hurt inside?
Isn't it heartbreaking if we lose our faith?
And sink down into that lonely place.
Isn't it heartbreaking if we turn from God,
And leave the pearly gates of Heaven untrod?
