Tears of Needledancing

Contributed by needledancing on Tuesday, 6th March 2007 @ 10:21:07 PM in AEST
Topic: anguished

The more I learn the futher I get from finally understanding,
Who I am? What I can do,
My heart wants to know its demanding.
I have a heart that the wind does break with every gust it blows.
I have a soul that should travel beyond everything that I now know.

Then I’m stuck in an abyss of space with nothing to help it achieve,
The wonder and beauty of all that I’ve learned and the faith to just believe.
It takes the hearts of all with faith to move these mountains of mine,
Send me your strength for this walk that I take give me faith that is devine.

For as healer and friend and lover to all that I have found here,
I find a circle of energy living with nothing but fear.
Collective and gathered and bonded with hope I know the difference is made.
By simple thought and the help that I sought, the game is finally played.

It is a wonderful poem. Hope all is well...
I liked the line; "I find a circle of energy living with nothing but fear." very touching I must say.

An excellent glimpse at your internal dialogue where invited one may hope that it is the game of continuation and not the finite one of dichotomies drawn to winners and losers declared.

'...a circle of energy living with nothing but fear...'
is but one view just press and tilt your perspective and that circle opens to a spiral in ascension fear through lust, past will, round heart (strings collected), woven through throat exploding in vision, focused to crown and unity. This piece asks me to renew my focus wiping passed tears.

Many Blessings
Yang

You know you are never alone
And the things you've learned
Although you don't know
Higher and humble
Inside the grace you seek

You are beautiful
You are the healer of the tribe
You will find the answers
And they will serve as a guide

Remember those tears aren't from harm or fear, but the worry that you can feel the wheel but don't know how to steer

You're doing fine
The game is playing

Mighty fine, needle! Your word choice and usage draws the reader to the depths of insight the poem projects. Might wanna call this one masterfully done. Keep healin' --- keep writing.
