Looking on the inside
Waiting for you…
I don’t mind at all
I’m just going to hold my breath
Until I turn blue,
Die and become born anew
Maybe then the waiting
Will have passed
And you’ll be walking
To the outside
Waiting for me…
You won’t mind at all
You’ll just stand in the rain
Until you slowly drown,
Die and then gain new renown
Maybe then the wait
Will have come to a close
And I’ll be outside again
Looking on the inside
Waiting for you…
Oh love,
I’m so tangled up in this

When will this waiting end?
When will one of these days come around
To where we’re both
Standing outside in the rain,
Looking on the inside together?
