Freedom....can it be ever?

Contributed by brew on Monday, 26th February 2007 @ 09:01:48 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Becoming bold

How can one shed its heart
I do not know , how
I stand a firm beleiver on...cold
Solice
To ones self

Set thy heart free
to love
Hold
Keep

And to know

Maybe, its there

this is a stunning penned out piece.. it conveys a few different things to the reader.. its like saying rely on yourself and questioning whether you should let soemone into your heart.. i liked this piece

We all have to find ways to know our own hearts. Bright star in gracious elegance stated boldly.

Very captivating in it's intensity. A question of one's own conviction. Slendid peice of writting as always.

Sweetie .. what a thought. Freedom found through bravery ..

and what other wonders are there to behold for us if we could
just let go of that which keeps us from embracing the
one true thing that is so easily and readily available to us?

Nice ponderings Dayna .. always your heart is full of truth
unknown! And an abundance of love awaiting ..
(and he will be the lucky one!)

*hugs*

Well they say you can only truly be loved by someone when you love yourself, and I'm thinking (hoping?) that's when one would begin to experience true freedom --- of the heart, soul, spirit, and mind... That first line:

How can one shed its heart...

*sigh* How many times have I pondered the same thing, and how many more times have I tried to do so, desperately ... It would certainly help at times, wouldn't it?
