You stand up and yell
You sit back down
Your short lived sunday smile
Turns back into a frown.
What you yelled is unimportant
Yet it is crucial.
Your fists raised skyward,
You are the picture of
Righteousness
How you yelled is trivial
Yet it means everything
That you yelled is amazing
The courage breathtaking
And yet expected
Demanded.
The word?
Alpha omega?
Beginning and end?
What if I didn’t really hear you,
Could you yell it again?
