I'd Fall Again

I gave up on you
A long time ago,
My heart no longer beats for your love,
The world doesn't tilt to and fro.
I've give my love
To highest of keepers,
With a wall around my heart so high
As to withstand the highest of leapers.
I've locked my heart up
With a lock that's so tight
That you couldn't pry it open
If you tried all day and all night.
The key is hidden
So deep in my brain
That it's probably
Mingled and mangled and just not the same.
But you can remember
The right place to look,
Because it's the same
Lock that you took
And you remember
How high you must fly,
To bridge the tall gate
Way up in the sky.
And you remember which rock
Must come down,
So that the whole wall
Will come crumbling down.
I'm over you,
That much is true,
But if you so much as looked,
I'd fall again too.

that is so true gins..we tend to build a wall to protect ourselves but ...... just one look, one word, one gesture can bring it all down.
