I lost my friend the one who cared.
The hopes and dreams all gone that we shared.
He listened to me and showed me the way.
Knew how I felt and just what to say.
He showed me the light at the end.
Because he was my one true friend.
I lost him for a reason I am ashamed to say.
On this in my life my saddest day.
How can people change in the blink of an eye.
Maybe its not change but just all another lie.
I give of my heart so fully and pure.
This loneliness I can no longer endure.
I need that feeling again in my heart.
The feeling of true love that will never part.
I dream of the day that he will come and say.
I love you my friend more and more each day.

this is a very expressive raw write.. I like how you just outted your feelings.. people do change with a blink of an eye usually because they are influenced or just change their minds out of no where and sometimes there really isn't a good reasoning.. a true friend never gives up on you and never leaves your life no matter what you may go through.. this is a well expressed write
