Always the poster child
for "silent bravery".
Always the martyr,
blaming everything on me.
Too high and mighty for
this life of guilt and trash
Caught in the stitchery
where faith and frenzy clash.
So you have suffered
you have made it all well known,
Get your own help,mom,
we have problems of our own.
Your dreary eyes see only what
is done to you
You don't realize the pain you
put your family through.
Gather up your hate
and swallow down your pride
Your selfish sickness has become too much to hide.
You need to stay afloat for
just one purpose now
you think we don't care
but you've never shown us how.
I call you mother in a
loose sense of the word
you're much more hopeless
than the Lord would have preferred.
