The Effects Of A Broken Heart.

Contributed by bleedthelove on Thursday, 15th February 2007 @ 01:00:10 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

I'm feeling the effects of a broken heart
And it hurts so bad
That its taking my breath away
Out of control
All alone
I'm fading away
Trying to forget
The pain I feel inside
Bleeding from eyes
The tears I cannot hide
I wake up just to die
And I go to sleep just to cry
Dying slowly inside this situation
Drowning inside my own devastation
The effects of a broken heart
And the jagged fragments
Of my own soul falling apart
I'm losing sight and hope
underneath my skin I'm tired
It's getting harder to cope
I've lost my will
I've got nothing left
But my grave to fill
My existance is frozen
My veins run cold
The effects of my broken heart
Is the saddest story I've ever told.

...It hurts...

'The Effects Of A Broken Heart.' gracefully is better than never having loved at all. Think of the heart as a mirror and even the smallest shard can reflect the brightest light. Please continue writing and posting work it out with the pen. You deserve better and it will come when you fall in love with your life and by extension share it from a place of abundance instead of need.

Well Done

Peace
Yangdantien

bleedthelove, yes in deed a broken heart is so hurtful and you have poured your emotions out in this piece. I really felt the sadness and I am certain many others have as well. I have a big strong shoulder if you need someone to lean on as once again I am certain many other friends would also want to give you some support. You are awesome and we all admire you for who you are and for giving us such heartfelt works.
