False Repose

Topic:
LoveRemembered
|
For all of my love
What have I become?
An old scar
Occasionally flaming
Up
A sour memory
Broken by the
Suffering
Of long years
A false
Repose
In the heat
Of new tears
Unable to
Face
The truth
Or have I become
As a flower
In the shadow
Of your heart
Fallen kneeled
In the hopeless
Dew
Of your desire
Left at yield
In the absence
Of your dreams
