My devotion for you has never faltered
Even lying in another’s arms
All I could think of was you
I regretted what I did while it was happening
All I could think of was you
How I loved you so much
And that you didn’t deserve this
I regretted what I was doing all along
I wanted to be back in your arms
With you telling me that you would love me forever
But I wonder if you still wanted the same
Now it’s all gone
Because I was too busy regretting what I was doing while I was doing it

Adrianna, Oh my what a dilemma you have described to be involved in. Caring to belong to one while in the arms of another is a fact now days and its so sad that people carry on this way as the emotional turmoil is so destructive. Thank you for sharing your wonderful poetic talents with us all and for giving us a little of yourself.

this is such a sad write.. its very well expressed though.. think things through.. try talking to the person and be completely open and honest with them.. that is the best thing to do.. see where things can go.. and remember everything happens for a reason.. we have life lessons for reasons to make us grow and become stronger and wiser.. hang in there hope things get better.. great expression in this piece

| Nice write...sad though.Maybe it had to happen to open your eyes to how much that person really meant to you.We learn through our mistakes on this earth,and you are brave to admit that you are in the wrong person's arms at this time.Love is always worth fighting for.Voice your feelings to that person.Go for it!Good-luck. |
