jodinelove, Wow, this rings a truth of reflection of the citizens in our current society. The frame of mental thinking is that of, its not directly effecting me so I don't give a damn. What ever happened to yesteryear where love was within everyone and folks never had to worry about locked houses and we were all able to speak with strangers with the comfort that no evil would enter our lives. Thank you so much for giving us such a reality poem and for sharing yourself with all of us. Wonderful poem.

| Yes war is the act of fools. We cry at the loss. We ache for the fallen. Do we get a vote as to going to war-never.We do not learn from our past history. Obviously war has not brought peace to anyone. War is greed based and always has been.Great write. |
