Confusion my partner
Why won’t you let me be
Go find another friend
And let go of me

I’ve thought about it too much
I know why this happens
I’m too sensitive I’m sure
To fight this there are no weapons

I guess it’s a curse
A burden I have to carry
To get rid of it, I can’t
It’s a gift when I decide to marry

It eases my sorrows
To write it on paper
It’s the loneness I guess
It gets to you sooner or later

But why can’t I write
Without confusion beside me
I wish I could express
Without sorrow being the key

But it’s genuine like this
Coming straight from the heart
In an emotional state I should be.
When in such a state, anything is art
