we truly regret the things they've done
no matter what they were.
things were done in the past
there is one thing for sure.
the sins of our fathers
we can recall.
no matter what it was
should we take the fall?
as time goes on
our time stands still.
the debt of our fathers
a non regrettable will.
but when the time comes
when regret takes a hand.
the sins of our fathers
will you take the stand?
