Remember Stone

Contributed by crow on Wednesday, 31st January 2007 @ 07:51:44 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Remember hands
dust from the day,
nothing never un-fixible.

Fancy" frills,
daddys and little girls
the savage,
if they held my hand to long..

I remember the world was narrow"
and pointed at me,
the giant I stood behind.

Nights you were gone,
promises to sleep on,
"I have your favorite shirt,
you never could find.

I remember your passion
when lights burnt low,
trying to find love,
with the words you wrote.

I have found the Remember Stone"
wish you here,
I`am still that little girl ...

K.C. and Me..

[for every Father, and little girl] K.C. Vincent/ and me.

lovely sentiments captured here, my friend. And so
softly comforting, the words ..

makes me feel a bit sad, somehow .. there are so
many that don't have the bond they should, or could.

This was beautiful. Thanks for sharing it. :)

I imagine this piece as a conversation whispered between Father & Daughter on the dance floor at the reception. Beautiful embraces blurred by tears of love.

Bravo

Peace
