When First We Loved

Contributed by myheartsvoice on Tuesday, 30th January 2007 @ 02:03:45 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

'Twas all i had to do of me to
calm my inner soul, when first we
loved within our youth my heart
lost all control.

That look of dazed contentment
we wore upon our face, a simple
touch that said so much and made
our young hearts race.

When moments were forever each
time we were apart, your sweet kiss
i couldn't wait to taste within my heart.

When first we loved so tense we
were though eager to explore,the
scent of your sweet womeness just
made me want you more.

Yor sensuial skin and tender eyes
no words you had to speak, one
crimson kiss by candle light made
even shaddows weak.

When we first loved so long ago
my heart to you i yield, for ever
i would love you so with you my
faith was sealed.

myheartsvoice, what a beautiful composure you have penned here as the love flows or friendship grows between poet and reader. I read this like three times and each time I felt the emotions reaching out as they should from a poet to their readers. Wonderful job. Its a beautiful thing when you reach for your poetic pen so your readers can display a heartfelt grin.

One just never tires from reading your beautiful poetry my dear friend. You compose the best sort of love poetry I have ever read. You do a great job reaching out to your reader. Sweet, tender and filled with loving emotions. Well done and keep up the great work *myheartsvoice*
