The Noises and Images I See in Daily Darkness

Contributed by ediii on Tuesday, 30th January 2007 @ 01:34:02 PM in AEST
Topic: drugabuse

Sitting in the dark with lights so dim
listening to the sounds of night I think
how beautiful silence of a moment sounds
when indigo spell falls onto the ground.

The calmness of the soul so torn by all
the things that used to make it whole
is so pleasing, unknown and full of fear
of all the cures for no despair.

Revving engines sound so round
like a rain in a small mug they sound
and round and round and round they fall
like they could never fill the hole.

The silent scratching on white sheet
which transfers the images from my feet
on these lines of blue on white
with hidden meaning, magic, might.

And word by word I draw your face
fallen down from heaven's grace
with saphire eyes of silent spell
and those lips of doom i know so well

And over there is that one place
amazing question structured maze
with all he answers you could ask
under crimson red curtain of dusk

I look at that bright shape of moon
and I know that maybe soon
my mind wil leave, my eyes will close
and time will stretch like pantyhose.

In a room of wisdom full
relief sits on the highest stool
and we will climb and try to reach
verity and goodnes they all preach.

On the way up there most people fall.
I did too as one of all.
And now I am stepping up
just to try again good luck.

Some have done it, some have not.
Like steaming cup you can't heat hot
impossible it seems my task remains
as ruby red sills out of my veins.

A strong confession reaching in rhyme to get at the single greatest opportunity to face your fears and go through with Rehab. Feel this as a chance to get out of the way of yourself to grow with a better flow.

Please keep writing and posting.

Peace
Yangdantien
