Venomous flower
Black lipstick stains a glass of
Crimson fraudulence
To taste with trembling lips
Ah, the sanguine grapes of pain.
Moonlit pallor flesh
Tragedy etched in dead eyes
Attempt to forget
The wretched torment of life
A beautiful, laughing corpse.
Crushed roses whisper
Wilted, white secrets; timeless.
Merciless decay
Kissing forgotten skin ‘neath
The cool breast of mother earth.

My little Stephy!! Where have you been sweet girl?
You and your poetry has been desperately missed, hun!
Your author's note was terribly heartbreaking, sweets. But you
do not, (EVER EVER) disappoint with your writes. Your imagery is so
entirely exceptional as always. And painfully poetic.
I was chilled while reading this. Excruciatingly emotive, hun.
