No one knows my love

Contributed by lilbit9494 on Sunday, 28th January 2007 @ 11:52:28 PM in AEST
Topic: Grief

I close my eyes and I can feel myself with you .
The pain is so deep and so real I cannot fathom what to do After two years how did you not know how much i want and care for you?
I still carry you with me in every little thing I do
Although you hurt me so much and took so much from me, I still need you
You were and still are my everything,
My world, my heart, my every breath, my very being.
You, nor anyone else could ever realize what you were to me
And I would drive myself crazy trying to make you see
I never once had someone I could tell every little thing to… until you
You were more than a lover or a bestfriend and now it feels like I will never talk to you again
Is this really the end?
Sitting here alone I think “ God, what does a woman do to deserve to hurt this bad?”
What did I do to hurt you, or to make you that upset or mad?
I took the time to care, and to ALWAYS be there
Now you are gone and I’m left to just emptily stare
Even though I realize with me for some reason is not where you want to be
I am always right here waiting and I always will be
Eventually I will be stronger, and I know there are more people to come my way
But I will always think of you and keep on loving you every single day.

this is a very expressive write of loss of love.. I understand what your going through.. you will forget this person when the right one comes along.. it's sad when people don't realize what they have in someone and do something stupid.. remember that they left you not the other way around.. its their loss. and I think you will find someone alot better you just gotta give it time. this person don't deserve you . if someone loves you they wouldn't go away they would work things out and talk to you.. but I guess some people are just uncaring and selfish and walk away anyhow without a care. take care of yourself..

Very good write, I liked it lot
And as most people propably can relate to it
The things said above (PhantomVampyress) are true perhaps, but I also know that when I was in a situation like this and people came to me telling me there's gonna be others, it's her loss not yours (or the sentence I despised most "There's plenty of fish in the sea"), I just said "Oh f*** off! She was the one! She was it! Now p*** off!"...well, not out loud of course, those people were my friends after all^^
So I guess what I am trying to say is (and by the way, this is not at all meant to be an attack on PhantomVampyress's comment), you may not care about these well-meant words at the moment (at least I wouldn't), but after a while there comes a time when you'll remember them again
And in that moment you'll feel a lifting sensation in your heart
It's not because you finaly realize that those words of comfort are true, or because you finaly found certainty that everything will turn out just fine, it's because you remember all those people telling you everything will be fine
This'll be so many you won't be able to count them with both of your hands
And you realize how many friends you have out there
How many people care about you
And with that many people caring, how couldn't everything turn out to be fine?

Marc

Simple deduction would conclude that the this is about the man you would like to thank from the other poem....so stick with the attitude of the other poem and dont fall back into the trap of this one.

Love you always,

A truly sad situation to say the least, i'm sorry it came your way. A heartfelt and touching write. If it's any constellation it 's not your fault, as you said you were there perhaps in time after your heart heals and it will ironically you'll come to a point in your life where you'll actually wonder why your getting over it and may even resent it of your self but that's the nature of emotions. i wish you well.
