The trees are thoughtful sadness
swaying in the deepest blue
The clouds are distant carelessness
with nothing left to do
The sun is a faded joy become a wistful
hue
The cool grass ; peacefulness beneath
the evening blue
The leaves are haunted restlessness
running past my feet
The wind is sweet forgetfulness and much
to my relief
sends a web of branched shadow blowing
'cross the lawn
and I in this mysterious skin ; the creator... the lover...
the lost.

| i know what you mean.. i realy enjoyed this, it had great flow. being lost is a feeling that i'm sure many can relate to and understand, but your way of bringing that forward was unique and brilliant. nicely done. |
