I fell in love with a girl who had a son. When she dumped me, it was twice the heartbreak. This poem is about her son...who still means the world to me.
I’ve written him so many poems and this is the first one i decided to post..
and as much as I miss her..i miss him the most..
sometimes it just feels outta my place..
but today I’m gonna tell you about how much I miss his face..
the way he laughed, the way he cried..
the way I fell so in love with him I coulda spilled my heart for him until I died..
just to be able to tell him im proud, watch him grow..
I love him so much you don’t even know..
and I feel so empty without him..i loved him as my own..
the way we learned to trust each other..the love that had grown..
what I would give to hold his hand in mine..
tell him im sorry that I had to be away for all this time..
I never wanted to leave him,
I wanted to always be by his side..
im sorry little angel..but I promise you I tried..
born from the prettiest angels grace..
the perfect angel who gave him the perfect face..
and over and over in my head..
I think about all the things I wish to him I coulda said,
Like...
Don't ever cry little angel,
Your heart is in good hands..
and when it feels like no one gets you,
i promise i'll be the one who understands
Don't run little angel,
I won't let you down..
With my love, and all my faith,
You'll forget how to frown..
Your gonna rise above little angel,
Because I won't ever let you fall,
And if you ever need me
just pick up the phone and call
Don't hide little angel,
There's no need to conceal..
Don't fear what your thinking,
Don't fear what you feel..
So smile little angel,
Cuz I love you more than anything..
And you and your mom will always be my everything..
Yes I confessed to the world I am blessed..
Blessed to have ever been able to love these two perfect angels..
And I thank you my angel of the sunset for letting me know him..
He is everything…
i love you little angel.

| this is beautiful yes it has to be hard for you to be so close to this lil boy and then have him ripped out of you life . is there anyway you can talk to him i wish you the best of luck here and god bless your lil angel |
