Innocent Soldier without hope

Contributed by crazyn on Tuesday, 23rd January 2007 @ 03:55:46 PM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

Here we go here we go
But you can’t hide what you can’t show
My mind is going to blow
And I will spread my thoughts
I will let loose those pushed down emotions

There you go there you go
But I can’t hide what I can’t show
Your mind is like a sieve
And those dirty tricks will cost you

There was a war to be won to boost your ego
You needed scapegoats to justify your crime
But instead I paid the time
You removed my name and called me number nine
No words of apology will soothe these wounds

Here there here there
There is blood everywhere
The light of freedom is nowhere
But I know there is a saviour somewhere
But where? But where? But where?
