The wonder and splendor of love.
Sent down to me from above.
From there came my girl,
Who became my whole world.
Oh, the wonder and splendor of love!
The joy that now flows through my soul.
My fractional life made now whole.
When I look toward the sky,
All I see is your eyes.
Oh, the joy that now flows through my soul.
The glory she puts in my heart.
I’ll cling to her love and not part.
Now in my future I see,
Her arms wrapped around me.
Oh, the glory she puts in my heart.
Oh, the wonder and splendor of love!
