Never again do I desire to feel,
Tis’ so strange the freedom of apathy,
No one shall ever change nor become better,
Life is all you make of it,
Everyday goes faster than it came,
People live in hate more than love,
Selfishness rules their hearts,
When someone comes who thinks of others first,
It threatens them so they one by one,
Throw their stones until the selfless become selfish,
Or they are buried alive under the weight of hate,
Thus nothing and no one changes,
All running to hell as fast as they can,
Because they don’t care, understand, or believe,
Perhaps I am dead with air still in me,
Those I love, they hate, reject, deceive, and use me,
Their stones have become too much so I now die,
Yes, suffocation of the heart,
I choose this death,
For I cannot not love others before myself,
I cannot hurt others on purpose for my own sake,
I cannot choose to use people nor step on them,
So I am buried alive in the reject of those I love.

Nice write the words used guides the reader through the feelings you are feeling. I hope the feeling has healed and there was light at the end of the tunnel.

This write has merit as the confession washes away some the the bitter pain in dealing with others at large.
However it is a dark pair of shades that covers the poems vision of the happenings on this round glorious globe. I love the steps you took to your last line but please note its only a temporary state from taking total responsibility for you own feelings and drawing the line over others. The piece implies taking the weight of the world on your shoulders which hopefully wont be reduced to a chip.
Provocative. Keep the pen flowing.
