Shadows, shadows on the wall
Shadows, shadows big and small
Watch them dance and twirl
Or maybe do a little whirl
Shadows, shadows created by light
Shadows, shadows defy your sight
My they are so quick
Just enough to make you sick
Shadows, shadows play their games
Shadows, shadows take our dames
Their touch leaves no mark
As they carry them off into the dark
Shadows, shadows love to dance
Shadows, shadows destroy our stance
For now that they have my wife
They have torn apart my life
