CRY NO WATER

MAN-That went down-I mean DOWN.
That ain't water from the well.
Tastes like it came from HELL.
You have the NEW water.
What is the NEW WATER??????
It's in the secret place.
Just like pulling a card -ace.
BUT-I just need some plain water.
NO-this is NEW WATER SPECIAL.
LOOK here-slow -NEW WATER.
MAN !!!! I'M thirsty-I want water.
LOOK the NEW WATER-PEEK.
THAT aint water-STUD.
THAT is a picture called,
NEW WATER.

I have read this poem 8 times and still haven't gotten what in the world is new water...my best guess is a elicit narcotic or a play on the way we advertise everything in this society to try to improve it.. with my little cognative abilities I now feel I have due to your poem.....that is the best I could come up with...If it was either one of those 2 guesses... it fits the poem well and I liked the poem..... if it is something else... I apologize for my bumbling confusion... :-)
