Making it over

I made it over,
Over that big hump,
That kept me from living,
Finally.

I look at pictures of you,
And it makes me want to barf,
Because of the way you treated me
And the way you let your friends treat me

I am better than you
And I know it
My life if going somewhere
And yours isn’t.

I’m in a highly respected University
Your just working, if that
I’m pursuing a career in medicine,
Your just making music in your free time.

I had a GOOD high school experience,
You BARELY made it
It makes me sick to think I tried to help you
And that I was there for you through everything

You defiantly didn’t deserve my time
Or my love,
Because you have treated me
And my family horribly.

You know me,
You know my family
And you know we would have always cared for you
Until now you screwed up and took someone else’s side.

I know I’m better because,
I will never in my life PLAN to ruin my life,
You did and it makes me laugh
To see you two ruin your lives

What happens when she wants multiple kids?
Mr. I only want two?
I’m going to laugh when you’re miserable
And I’m happy.

I’m so glad I’m over you,
Because they way you are right now
Is not how you were raised
And I know this

Your family is STILL inviting me over,
What does THAT say to you?
Just because you bash me and say things
Doesn’t mean its true

Your family loves me,
They came apologizing to ME
They ASKED me to come over
I didn’t go to them.

You need to get your facts straight before you say things,
Because it just puts you in a hole
And creates a lot of trouble for you
Grow up will you?

And just because you brought back that present,
Doesn’t mean anything!
It just mean that you have lost all of your respect,
And it just means you’re a rude person.

It doesn’t bother me that you gave it back
Only because it’s a good picture and I can keep it now
Next time you get a present from someone,
Don’t give it back, its rude.

Well this is goodbye forever,
Only because your fiancée,
Has turned you into,
The *** that you are.

This read both as a poem and letter to 'wash it out of your hair' a powerful admission and confession to clear the air.

Well Done

Blessings

Peace

Wow... I think you should take your poem.. have it copied onto a Christmas card and mail it to the guy.. did you bust out his windshield by any chance?.. Although there are 2 sides to a story... from what you said... you probably should have...:-)
