Don’t be scared of us faerie folk
We hide as well as night-time smoke
We only come to be when needed so
Like flowers in Spring, Or in winter Snow
We sit within the trees you see
Watching you mortals be
With beady eyes and damsel wing
Be us Faerie Queen or Faerie King

It sounds perfect to me.
You wrote this with a magical pen indeed.
