One hundred tears,
One hundred thoughts,
And a thousand words for sorrow,
One hundred minutes,
One hundred days,
Another thousand tomorrows,
The night spans eternal,
As these steps do; to your door,
Already walked one hundred,
Only one hundred more.
Whisper silent and tell a lie,
There's no one here to care,
Look at the beauty that's walked through your door;
Take the time to stare,
One hundred kisses; One hundred tastes;
But none as good as the first;
Drink them in; all their glory,
Sip to quench the thirst.
