Trembling, shaking, terrified.
The red blade lies dropped by my side.
Realisation hits me in the face,
As powerful as my disgrace.
Tears fall fiercely from my eyes
And land on the scars I despise.
This time I went too deep.

Wow excellent compression I felt the sense of remorse without guilt. knowledge gained of wronging someone without twisting oneself in the wind and strangely a subtle extension of willing amends in this admission.

I am so sorry that this happens. If this is you, I hope one day you will not feel the need to hurt yourself. As a nurse, I've seen this. A long time ago I knew a girl that did this. She stopped and took her pain and anger out on other things. I wish you peace.
