A waitress comes By,
I tell her "One more, and leave the bottle".
She does as I Asked,
And doesn't ask "Why?".
Slowly I drain It,
As the alcohol Hits,
Its a chore just to Sit,
And keep my Wits.
With sobering Eyes,
I look at the Bottle,
And start wondering "Why?"
Why do I Drink?
Why do I get Drunk?
Why?
Anger washes over Me,
And I grab the Bottle,
And smash it on the Ground.
"No more!" I scream to the Sky,
I drop to my knees and begin to Cry.
I can't keep going like That,
I can't kee Drinking.
Deeper and Deeper into Myself,
I keep Sinking.
I stand Up,
And walk Out.
I am done Drinking,
Its High Time,
That I Dry Out.

Im proud of you many never do recover.
I could go on and on but I wont. You captured this well.

I rather like the title, the concept and idea. Were I to make any sort of suggestion ( and this is just me and the way I like to play with words ) I would incorperate the title into the end of the poem as well ... something like
"I am done Drinking,
Its High Time..."
That I leave the bottle
That gives a slight twist to it.
Well written and recognizing a problem is usually the first step to solving one.
