Sugarless It's Salty

Contributed by lockedillusions on Thursday, 11th January 2007 @ 03:22:34 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

I'm writing on the ledge these very words.Take a deeper look inside your head.Call yourself back into your home where all is tattered and worn out and old.Satisfy your every craving when you open up and pull me in that's the last my weeping friend light a candle burn a forest.I held you close I'm sorry for this.I'm delayed your up ahead turning back you see the ledge. My burning heart your burnt out fire.
Sugarless It's Salty.

I had a descending ladder, but does it really matter?
I'll slip away I'd rather.
Take a sip of your poisonous greed.
Throw me up and bleed.
What's this to you anyway?

You dug a hole threw your heart in.Covered it up with every sin.The lights are growing dimmer.Rest assured you'll never hear her. You'll never know what the hell it meant to me.Faceless without a name, when they're forgotten isn't it a shame?Fading out his laughter he said he couldn't help her.
Sugarless it's Salty.

I had a descending ladder, but does it really matter?
I'll slip away I'd rather.
Take a sip of your poisonous greed.
Throw me up and bleed.
What's this to you anyway?

They ran away from everything.Had to take a look this way.
Sugarless it's salty now I tried to hard to tie them down.Take a sip its ready, take a sip is sweet like this.Take a sip you wont forget.Take a bath in your own *****.

I had a descending ladder, but does it really matter?
I'll slip away I'd rather.
Take a sip of your poisonous greed.
Throw me up and bleed.
What's this to you anyway?

I enjoyed this in it's contrast to most writes I read, "I'm writing on the ledge these very words..." I was dragged in by the first line and had to finish. I couldn't quite wrap my mind around the whole concept but I am still into it.

Keep writing,

"...writing on the ledge of these very words..."

Loved that as well I kept thinking there was 'double en tender' that spoke to private things between couples but I convinced myself after several reads that the reference to "sugarless it's salty'" is to bittersweet tears...

Either way it reveals a depth of emotion and works...

Well Done

Peace
