I am the edgedancer
I walk the fine line
That exists between sanity and madness
Finding inspiration in insanity
I go to lengths that others would not dream of
I say the things that others only think of
I let my imagination take over
And let it create a better place for those who I love
I walk a dangerous path
Close to slipping
Always cautious
Time and time my foot slips
And I begin to fall out
Over into the abyss
But that way lies only madness
Terror and pain live there
And I need to catch myself before I descend too far
But I come out alive and sane
More knowledgeable than I was before
I am the edgedancer
The firewalker
The king of my own mind
I walk that fine line and never look back
It is my calling
Someone has to do it
And so it is me
Walking the fine line
Between insanity and reality
Looking to improve myself
